1) Go to our website, www.terremobili.com
2) Select the region in which you'd like to take your holiday
3) Select the type of holiday that you prefer:

> DO IT YOURSELF: complete the form by answering questions about your desired trip: we'll propose a holiday personalized just for you.
> WE DO A LITTLE, YOU DO A LITTLE: choose the type of accommodation you'd like (hotel, boat) and/or an excursion or activity.
> WE DO IT FOR YOU: choose the all-inclusive package or cruise that you prefer.

4) Reserve your holiday, completing the corresponding form that you'll find in each part of our website.

5) You'll be asked to read and accept the conditions of contract that you'll find and be able to print, at any time, from the "Conditions of Sale" page on our website, www.terremobili.com

6) Pay for your reserved services by:
- Credit card : follow the instructions you'll find on our website. You should receive an email confirmation of your reservation no more than 48 hours after you place your reservation (Please note: we will proceed with your reservation only if your requested services are available. If a reservation cannot be made, or if you have not received confirmation after 48 hours, your card will not be charged and all obligations expire. In the case of unavailability, we will propose alternate solutions for which you can make a new reservation);
- Bank transfer: Within 48 hours of your reservation, you'll receive our confirmation by email or fax. At this point you can pay for your reserved services by way of wire transfer or by sending us a copy of the account information (with the corresponding transfer number) via fax to +39 051 5880316. In the case of problems, or if 48 hours have passed since your reservation without confirmation, all obligations will expire. In the case of unavailability, we will propose alternate solutions for which you can make a new reservation.

7) About 7 days before your departure you should receive the confirmation VOUCHER guaranteeing the reserved services, a QUALITY QUESTIONNAIRE allowing you to evaluate your satisfaction regarding the level of services offered, and your INSURANCE certificate.

b) OFFLINE RESERVATION: CONTACT US

Go to www.terremobili.com and choose your holiday. Or just go ahead and contact one of our offices (by telephone, fax, email, skype) and ask our staff for information.

2) Within 48 hours of your request, we will send you an estimate for the services you requested and the relating contract of travel (that you will be able to view and print at any time from the "Conditions of Sale" page at www.terremobili.com), or we will get in touch with you for further information.

3) If you'd like to reserve the proposed holiday, you need to send us confirmation of reservation for proper registration, along with a countersigned contract of travel (through fax or email).

4) Within 48 hours of your confirmation, we will send you (by fax or email, as you prefer) our re-confirmation. At this point you will need to pay for the reserved services by way of wire transfer or by sending us a copy of the account information (with the corresponding transfer number) via fax to +39 051 5880316. If you have not received our confirmation within 48 hours, all obligations will expire. In the case of unavailability, we will propose alternate solutions for which you can make a new reservation.

5) About 7 days before your departure you should receive the confirmation VOUCHER guaranteeing the reserved services, the QUALITY QUESTIONNAIRE allowing you to evaluate your satisfaction regarding the level of services offered, and your INSURANCE certificate.

c) OFFLINE RESERVATION: WITH YOUR TRAVEL AGENCY

1) Go to www.terremobili.com and choose your vacation.

2) Print the holiday plan that you'd like to reserve.

3) Print the contact us page.

4) Go to your preferred travel agency and ask them to get in contact with our office to formalize the reservation (bringing with you the printed pages).

5) Payment, information and other formalities related to your holiday will be taken care of without additional cost, through your chosen travel agency.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

> When you receive your reservation confirmation, you will be asked to pay a sum accounting for 25% of your total plus the registration fee.

> You must pay the remainder of your bill within 30 DAYS from the date of the beginning of your holiday.

> If you reserve within the month if your holiday, you will be asked to pay the total sum + registration fee at the moment of your reservation confirmation.

For every reservation you will be charged the following registration fees:
